About Me:

I am a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland, where I received my undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene. I later received my Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology and currently enrolled in Master of Science in Learning Design and Technology.

I have worked extensively in private practice for 20 years as a dental hygienist. I became a clinical instructor for University of Maryland, School of Dentistry in 2021. My instruction includes Interprofessional Education and Practice, Interactive HIV Rapid Testing, Diagnostic Sciences and Pathology.

I started my career in the dental field and discovered learning design to provide comprehensive clinical education to my dental students. In my continued career, I will strive to improve my skill set as an educator, serve as a role model and mentor to my students. I will continue to promote exciting and engaging learning experiences among healthcare companies and organizations.
